I partner with highly skilled collaborators to develop offerings tailored to the needs of your organization. Our approach, which is grounded in state of the art neuroscience and social psychology, engages the whole person and challenges each participant to investigate their biases in a spirit of healing and transformation. These trainings are designed to produce leaders who are aware of the social conditioning they carry and are ready to take up their responsibility with humility and an open heart.
